I don't know if Amazon has changed their packaging, or if it was just the luck of the draw, but I received all four glasses in good shape. Each glass was packed individually in bubble wrap inside the Tuscany box, and then the bow was placed among padding within the shipping box. The glasses are luminous, as are other of the Tuscany products I collect.

Made in Austria, each glass stands 8-1/2 inches tall and measures 4-1/2 inches across the top. Fine crystal will last a lifetime if washed carefully by hand, dried gently, and stored upright, not upside down on the delicate lip.
